Yes yes, this is needed~ I've seen it is quite helpful. Sometimes. I'm a very loose-rule person most of the time, but I'm gonna try to be better here so it doesn't fall apart~ So! Here's some things you can buy for your char/tribe/pack, ect. When you join, you get 300 Ice caps, just to get you goin' I guess. You get five Ice Caps per post, so post alot~ lol Ooc posting counts too, because as long as you're active and post you deserve them in my opinion. lol

Ah, I forgot to add- All of these things you can get through Rp, but if you want them with your character right when you make them you have to pay for them for the character. If you get them through Rp it costs nothing, this is all just "making the char with these things" fees. [/color]
